Time is flying by and we get to find out the gender of our baby real soon!

At first I thought it would be a girl then I had a dream that it was a boy so I was totally convinced we were going to have a boy but then a few weeks later I had another dream that it was a girl so now I'm just not really sure what to think!!

Either way I just hope it's healthy and happy.

13 Weeks

Yay! I finally made it out of the first trimester! I haven't been too sick the last couple days. It's been so nice to feel good! I forgot what it was like to feel like a normal person.

The Randoms

1. I love putting a can of Dr Pepper in the freezer for a couple hours and drinking it when it's slushy. Yum!

2. I have an obsession with long hair and beards. If you put long hair and a beard on any guy, he instantly become ten times hotter!

3. Amy and I have a fake name we've used on occasion ever since high school when our "adventures" called for a fake identity.

4. In my younger years, a few of my friends and I jumped into the dam in the late hours of the night only to find a police officer drive up and tell us we could keep juming if we took our shirts! Needless to say, he was a sicko!!

5. I eat about 7 meals a day. I'm not one to eat big meals but I love snacking all day long!

6. Every couple months, I wake up to my husband shaking me saying "wake up, wake up! You're just having a dream." Aparently I have some sort of panic attack during my sleep and last night as he tried to wake me up, I started full on fighting him..pushing, hitting, kicking.. Luckily I woke up and realized it was just a dream and stopped abusing my husband.

7. I have 7 apps on my phone all for the purpose of giving me updates about my baby's growth and development week by week.. and yes, I do read them over and over and over again. I'm a bit obsessed!

8. If I'm not sure how to spell a word, I open a new text on my phone and let my auto correct take over.

9. Every weekend Scott and I pull all the blankets off our bed put them on the floor in front of the fire place and watch a movie. Best night of the week!

10. I love nachos from the gas station!

11. I bought tickets for the Hunger Games movie the day they went on sale! Can't wait for March 24th!

1. if you had to change your name, what would you change it to and why?- I don't think I would change my name actually.

2. if you only had 24 hours to live, how would you spend your time?

- I would ditch work.. obviously and do something fun with those I love.

3. what is your all time favorite ride at disneyland?

-For sure the log ride.

-Pink and white

5. what is the hardest thing you have ever done?

- The time I stayed up for 48 hours was pretty hard!

- If there is a song about growing a baby bump then I choose that one!

- A vacation with a good book to read on the way!

- I don't think you can fully love someone at first site but I do think you can feel a connection and feel the potenial to love that person. I don't believe in Soul mates either.

-Dr. Pepper or just a tall glass of ice water.

-Chapstick!

10 weeks

My belly is just barley starting to poke out.

This week, the little one no longer has webbing between it's finger and toes

and it's moving all around now that it's elbows, knees,

wrists and ankles and muscles are developed. I won't be able to feel

the movements for another couple of months.

I am still sick every day..all day!! Hopefully I'll start having more

good days now that I'm towards the end of the first trimester.

Scott and I were able to hear the baby's heartbeat at only 7 1/2 weeks!

It was the most amazing surreal moment I've ever had. We are excited that our

little one is healthy and growing so fast!

Way to go baby!

My Valentine

Valentine's Day was a great success this year! I love having an excuse to do something sweet for my husband to remind him that I love and appreciate him... and I love when he does sweet things for me too! Here are some pictures of our Valentine's Day festivities!

I made Scott a mini cake with his favorite pudding frosting.

and a jar of milk to go with it.

He enjoyed his Valentine treat despite his fake smile.

When I came home from work there was a nice steak dinner on the table and

romantic music playing in the background.

If only I could have gotten home 10 minutes earlier I would have come home to the smoke alarm saying "Fire! Fire!" and Scott frantically opening every door and window! haha this was his first time cooking steak this particular way and it got a bit out of hand!

He got me some pretty flowers.

We have a tradition where we write love letters to each other every year

and read them on valentine's day.

Scott is a good sport for letting me make up traditions for us.

Scott is such a good letter writer. His letters are always super funny at first

and then they turn really sweet. He even wrote a little note to the baby that made

me cry! Oh by the way I'm pregnant if you didn't already know...SURPRISE!

Our little one is due September 13th

and we couln't be more excited!

Fill in the Blank Friday

1. My favorite place i've ever traveled to is Greece! I went on the best honeymoon ever to Italy, Greece, Croatia and Montenagro. I loved every place we went but we rented a scooter in Greece and drove around the island going from beach to beach. It was truly a dream!

2. Denmark is somewhere I'd love to go someday.

3. I pass the time on a plane (or
bus, or car ride or train) by snacking, playing games on my phone, reading or chating with whoever I'm with.

4. My three must-haves when I travel are: warm sun, good book and my sunglasses.

5. My favorite travel companion
is my husband, we have so much fun when we travel!

6. The craziest thing that ever happened to me while traveling is hearing gunshots outside our little appartment in Puerto Rico! Needless to say, we were in the ghetto!

7. The most exotic food I've ever tried while
traveling is something not very exotic, I'm sure. I'm not one to venture out too much on food.

8. If I could live anywhere else, I would live in Italy. I love that place! The food, the style.. perfect.

9. I have been to maybe 18 states in the US.

the next four months

This semester sucks! It's Scott's last semester of school (thank goodness) but he is so extremely busy with classes, homework, work, band and his internship that I never see him! It's 9:30 on what is supposed to be "Family Night" and I saw him for .1 second the entire day. He'll get home long after I go to sleep so what am I doing for family night? watching season 2 of How I Met Your Mother.. One of the greatest shows ever!
